Elite Design Hub – Refund Policy
At Elite Design Hub, we are committed to delivering high-quality design, development, and digital services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. Completed Work Is Final
All services purchased, including website design, development, plugin creation, hosting setup, and other digital services, are non-refundable once the work is completed. A project is considered complete when the agreed-upon services have been delivered and confirmed by the client.
2. Work Verification
We maintain detailed records of all work performed. If services have been delivered according to the agreed scope, no refund will be issued.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide necessary content, materials, and approvals promptly to ensure smooth project execution. Delays caused by the client may extend project timelines but do not qualify for a refund.
4. Revisions and Additional Requests
Minor revisions within the original project scope may be accommodated. Additional requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Refunds will not be issued for changes requested after service delivery.
5. Hosting, Domains & Third-Party Services
Payments for hosting, domains, plugins, and other third-party services are non-refundable once purchased or configured due to third-party fees.
- Important: Hosting refunds are not available for reasons such as change of mind, business closure, lack of time to run the business, or financial constraints.
- Special Hosting Refund Consideration: In exceptional situations, if a client faces repeated technical issues with hosting that significantly impact their website, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Elite Design Hub.
- Refund Processing Timeline: If, in any case, the company decides to approve a refund, it will be processed 6 to 12 months after the refund request, depending on the situation and evaluation.
6. No Refunds for Delivered Services
All delivered services, even if the client is dissatisfied, are final and non-refundable. Elite Design Hub strives for high-quality standards, but once the service is provided as per the agreement, refunds are not issued.
7. Agreement to Policy
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. All completed work is final and non-refundable.
